We are expanding our facility and need experienced, enthusiastic coaches for our recreational gymnastics, cheer, dance and ninja programs! Responsibilities include facilitating classes with students ranging from preschool to adult ages.

Candidates must be available to work in the evenings on weekdays and Saturday mornings. Additional opportunities include birthday parties, private lessons and summer camps.

DMGC's Xcel program is growing and we are looking to add to our competitive coaching team (full time/part time). Our team includes levels Bronze-Diamond that hold many state titles and regional qualifiers. Competitive experience is required. We are looking for committed, compassionate individuals who will provide a nurturing and stimulating environment with great communication skills that work well with other team coaches and parents.

Tumbling Coach

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tumbling Coach to join our coaching team at Dana Mannix Gymnastics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tumbling and a love for teaching athletes of all ages and skill levels. As a Tumbling Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing skill-progressive lesson plans, ensuring safety in all aspects of training, and fostering a fun, encouraging, and disciplined environment.

Responsibilities:

•Instruct athletes in proper tumbling techniques, from beginner to advanced passes.

•Develop personalized drills and progressions to help students achieve their goals.

•Spot skills safely and effectively.

•Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback.

•Maintain a positive and motivating environment.

•Enforce safety rules and proper use of equipment.

•Collaborate with other coaches to support athlete development.

Qualifications:

•Previous coaching experience in tumbling, cheer, or gymnastics.

•Strong knowledge of skill progression and spotting techniques.

•Excellent communication and motivational skills.

•Passion for working with children and helping them grow.

Time Requirements:

Candidates must be available to work in the evenings on weekdays (5-9pm) and Saturday mornings (9am-12pm)
